Blackjack – also referred to as ‘21′ and ‘pontoon’ – is a card game that is normally seen in a betting house with players attempting their luck on achieving the elusive ‘twenty one’. It is widely believed that the game came into existence in France amid the 1600’s. However, as with most other gambling games the precise evolution of the game remains a mystery.
